About Becky

I’m Becky—an operations leader, strategic advisor, and execution-focused partner for organizations navigating complexity.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of healthcare, marketing, and operations, helping organizations align teams, streamline systems, and turn strategy into execution. My work spans enterprise health systems, high-growth agencies, and cross-functional teams where complexity is high and clarity is often missing.

I’m often brought in at moments of transition—when growth has outpaced structure, when initiatives stall, or when teams are working hard but not moving forward. My role is to create alignment, build what’s missing, and ensure execution actually happens.

Clients often describe my approach as “future telling”—not because I predict what’s coming, but because I see where things break and build the systems to prevent it.

Across industries and organizations, my work has consistently focused on one thing: making complex systems work.

In healthcare and health tech, I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives, system implementations, and digital adoption strategies that impacted hundreds of users and required cross-functional alignment at scale.

In marketing and agency environments, I’ve built the operational backbone behind high-volume campaign execution—turning big ideas into repeatable, scalable delivery systems.

In growth-stage organizations, I’ve aligned go-to-market strategy with operational readiness, ensuring that what’s sold can actually be delivered—consistently and efficiently.

And as a founder, I’ve built and scaled a business from the ground up, giving me firsthand experience in what it takes to balance growth, structure, and sustainability.

Experience That Connects Strategy to Execution

What I have learned.

Growth doesn’t break organizations—lack of structure does.

Most teams don’t have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem.

That’s where I come in.

I help organizations create clarity around roles, workflows, and ownership. I build systems that teams actually use. And I lead implementation so change doesn’t just get planned—it sticks.

My approach is both strategic and practical. I understand the pressure leaders carry, and I bring a steady, structured presence that helps teams move from reactive to intentional.

Beyond The Work

Outside of consulting, I’m a mom of two, a wife, and someone who understands firsthand what it means to balance growth, ambition, and real life.

I’ve also built a separate business rooted in creativity and connection, which continues to shape how I think about leadership, resilience, and building something that lasts.

Originally from Michigan and now based in Connecticut, I bring a mix of Midwestern work ethic and East Coast drive into everything I do.

Fun Facts: I am an identical twin, I played D1 College Volleyball, and I love fishing on Lake Michigan with my Dad.
