Payment Terms

For consulting engagements:

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or lack of responsiveness may impact timelines and delivery schedules.

BL3 Advisory & Consulting may utilize AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies to support efficiency, documentation, strategic analysis, workflow development, and service delivery.

While these tools may assist in accelerating processes and generating draft outputs, all final recommendations and deliverables include human oversight and review.

Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted workflows may be used as part of modern operational and consulting practices.

We do not knowingly use confidential client information to train public AI models.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, operational, financial, strategic, or proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • With written consent

  • To approved subcontractors or service providers supporting the engagement under confidentiality obligations

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality strategic and operational guidance, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, operational, or organizational outcomes.

  • External dependencies

Limitation of Liability
